Internet Addiction Test
The Internet Addiction Test is designed to help determine how problematic the Internet has become. Developed by Kimberly Young, the Internet Addiction Test consists of 20 multiple choice questions. The test takes only minutes and is automatically scored. A high score indicates the Internet is a problematic influence in your life. I use this test, in combination of my own questions, when treating clients suffering from Internet Addiction.
