“Pain: A Defense Mechanism warning you of threats. Do you really want it removed? Pain has a purpose. Focus on its message.”
Pain is a tricky subject. A grand majority of people do not like pain and find ways to prevent it. I myself do not like pain and often have to ignore the pain in my body. While I do not like it, it does warn me of problems that need fixing. This is the body’s purpose behind the pain. Without pain to tell you a problem exists, the damage would increase over time, leading to disastrous results.
Focus on the message pain is telling you. Maybe it means you need to take an action. Do not obsess on the pain, but take action due to it. Overcoming chronic pain is a different subject, however, that too can be achieved.
