“If it was light all the time, we would miss the darkness. Enjoy positive, good times, as they are not permanent.”
Imagine a life with no problems, no stress, no change. Imagine you had all the money in the world, would live forever, and never loose anyone. You would never have to worry about anything, forever. Imagine how bored you would be. A good analogy is: Hell is a slot machine that always wins.
Without bad things, without stress, our lives lack meaning. Look at most of our entertainment. We like to watch people struggle with problems. This is because watching programming about people with no problems would be boring and tedious.
Without problems and struggles, we would not grow or improve. Therefore, enjoy the good times. Enjoy the times when life is good. Enjoy things that are good, even if there is much bad around you. With darkness, light holds more meaning.
